Account Rules

0. Account Security

You are always responsible for your account at all times. Excuses such as 'my brother was using my account' or 'I left myself logged in and my friend accessed my account' will not be tolerated. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account at all times. We strongly recommend using hard-to-guess passwords and applications like KeePass or BitWarden, along with our Two-Factor Authentication system.

1. Account Names / Character Names

In-game names must be realistic and may not include celebrity or famous names. Names must not be offensive or contain special characters (e.g., ó, ñ, ä). If an admin determines that your name is unrealistic, your account will be disabled. You will then need to either create a new character or use a purchased name change, as one will not be provided.

2. Ban Evasion

If your account is disabled for any reason and you believe you deserve a second chance to return to our server, you must file a ban appeal. Any attempt to create a second account or use an IP masking service, such as a proxy, will result in an automatic ban with an extension to your original ban.

3. Real World Trading

It is strictly forbidden to offer in-game property/currency and/or server related services in exchange for real-world items (or other digital items). Any sale/exchange of property that is deemed to be an out of character transaction will be handled appropriately.

• Selling in-game money for real-world items.
• Selling in-game properties for real-world items.
• Selling account for real-world items.
• Selling answers or writing an application for real-world items.

4. Unauthorized Transfers

If you wish to transfer any existing money or properties between your characters, you must first obtain admin permission. This can be requested using the in-game command /re. When submitting your request, you must provide a sufficient IC (in-character) and OOC (out-of-character) reason for the transfer.

Weapons and drugs are not transferable—transfers are limited to money, empty vehicles, and properties. You are permitted to transfer 100% of your assets (money and properties) from one character to another, provided you have sufficient reason.

Please note that administrators and testers cannot officially assist with transfers. All transfers are conducted at your own risk and are not protected under the rules.
